Data Collecting Station - DCS

The Data Collecting Station (DCS) collects and processes data provided by the Sensefields wireless magnetic sensors in order to compute vehicle’s speed and length, gather traffic metrics and control actuators. It is a Lite version of the Data Processing Station (DPS) for simple installation with few detectors, where no extra local data processing is needed.
